To celebrate the 80th birthday of Shirley Green, one of our longest serving and loyal bell ringers, the Littlebury band rang a quarter peal of Plain Bob Doubles on 24th July. A quarter peal is a long length of ringing – around 45 minutes – and must be at least 1250 changes (all done from memory by each ringer). Well done to all the team!
