My name is Ch. Supt Waheed Khan, and I am writing to you as the Head of the Local Policing Support Unit which includes responsibility for the Essex Watch Liaison Officers team.
I am currently reviewing how we work in order to make the most of the resources we have. As you may have heard, we are investing more in our Neighbourhood Policing Teams which include police officers and also PCSOs, but to enable this I am considering how we can maintain contact with all our dedicated Watch teams, including you.
I would be grateful for your views on how we can best continue serving our communities and working with you – in particular:

- Are the incident reports which we send to you helpful?
- How you would like to be contacted by us?
- How often you would like to be contacted by us?
